The group assessment is one of the most powerful uses of our market/organization matching instrument.  Not only can each team member understand their personal view of the organization and the market, but your whole team can compare their assessments.  With this information, you can uncover and understand the different viewpoints and challenges that exist in tailoring your organization to the marketplace.

The team assessment can also be used to compare different business units of a larger company.  Business units often need to operate in different ways to be effective in their markets.  Our instrument lets you understand these differences and to build each part of your total organization to match its market.

For a team assessment, each individual team member will complete an individual assessment.  An individual's results are returned directly to them.  After all team members have completed the exercise, a team report is prepared by the Jack Tesmer Institute.  This report shows areas of agreement and disagreement among team members and the areas where greatest change is required.  The report presents individual responses anonymously.
