Our seminars provide an opportunity for you and your organization to identify the issues and create actionable plans. These are hands-on and lead by a senior consultant from Jack Tesmer Institute, LLC. Our most popular seminars are listed below.  We will customize the experience and focus on issues you need to resolve.

Assessing Your Organization:
A 1-day intensive seminar that guides individuals and teams through the process of determining both your organization type and your market type.  At the end, you will have a powerful metaphor for discussing your organization and marketplace and some starting points to plan your change.

*This seminar requires that each individual complete the on-line assessment survey prior to attending.

Mapping Change:
A 3-day seminar that lets individuals or teams assess their organization and create a customized, action plan for change within the organization.  The first day of this seminar assesses your organization  and its fit with the marketplace (see Assessing Your Organization, above).  The second day takes this basic information and extends it through a business mapping process to determine what changes are required.  The third day wraps this information into a change-action plan. Even though this seminar can be taken by an individual, we recommend that at least three members from an organization attend this seminar for the best result. We encourage team participation through our pricing -- four people from the organization can attend for the same price as three individuals.

Custom Change:
The Custom Change seminar is a three-day intensive experience for organizations that are ready for change.  The seminar is taught by a team of experts with industry experience in IT, marketing, operations, logistics and organizational development.  We provide a hands-on learning environment that stimulates thinking and promotes realistic plans. The public offering of this seminar is targeted for small and medium size companies or organizations.  It requires the participation of a team that includes the key individuals who will be responsible for the change.
