Online Seminars

The online seminars provide an opportunity for individuals and teams to interact directly with a consultant at Jack Tesmer Institute to discuss their individual or group assessment.  These sessions provide interpretation of the assessment and help create an action plan for the future.

The online seminars utilize web-conferencing technology to allow each participant to view slides and annotations made by the speaker in real time.  A teleconference connection allows everyone to talk clearly and comfortably to each other.  To participate, you must be capable of accessing the Internet and talk on the phone simultaneously.

One-on-One Interpretation:
This one-hour discussion lets us walk you through your assessment in detail.  We can provide insights into your responses and help you interpret it in context of your specific situation and your company.  The cost is $400 per session and includes an individual assessment.  You must complete the assessment at least 2 days prior to your meeting.

Team Interpretation:
This two-hour discussion allows the members of one team (up to 8 individuals) discuss the findings of the assessment survey.  It provides insights into your organization as well as into the variations within your team.  The cost is $1,250 per session and includes assessments for up to eight individuals.  Each team member must complete the individual assessment at least 2 days prior to your meeting.
